Our standard V4 build consists of the following:
PPG V4 1-6 helical gearset with input shaft
Xtreme Motorsport UK XWP20 clutch (10/10) with carbon frictions
Install 3 x mechanical gear lock set
Billet thrust plate
Replace line and sump filters
PPG front transfer gear set
PPG reduction (drop gear) set
10 plate ETS in OEM housing with ball retainer
Clean and inspect unit, including both valve bodies
Shim oil pump
Billet deep sump added capacity pan with rear sump
T1 Race rear differential brace 2 piece set with grade 8 hardware
Set output shaft end float
Install shift fork TSB clips if needed
Add 2 pan magnets for debris
Replace seals and gaskets as needed
